Session Length: 45 minutes

What to Expect
Every session is fresh and different. You’ll experience a mix of training methods like:
- AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
- EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)
- Chippers and circuit formats
- Team, partner, and individual challenges to keep you motivated and engaged.
We use a wide range of functional fitness equipment—including barbells, slam balls, kettlebells, sandbags, battle ropes, and bodyweight movements—to challenge your strength, stamina, coordination, and confidence. Each session blends high-intensity intervals, strength training, cardio, and mental resilience to deliver a balanced, effective workout that builds real-world fitness.
We train outdoors whenever possible, soaking up the fresh air and good vibes. In the cooler months, we move indoors to a heated hall so your training stays consistent year-round.
Why It Works – At Every Age
Whether you’re in your 20s, 30s, 40s, or beyond—our workouts are designed to meet you where you’re at and help you get stronger, fitter, and more confident.
For women in their 20s and 30s, this is a powerful way to build a strong foundation of fitness, increase energy, boost mood, and support long-term health and body confidence.
For women in their 40s and 50s, particularly during perimenopause and menopause, research shows that HIIT and resistance training are especially effective at:
- Supporting hormone balance
- Preventing age-related muscle and bone loss
- Managing weight gain
- Improving sleep and reducing anxiety, hot flushes, and fatigue
No matter your life stage, functional fitness is one of the best investments you can make in your body and mind.
Why You’ll Love It
Sessions are short, efficient, and scheduled to fit your day—perfect for busy women juggling work, family, or just wanting to prioritise their health.
We keep group sizes small so everyone gets personal support and coaching. You’ll train with an amazing community of like-minded women who are there to lift each other up—literally and emotionally.
You’ll get fit, feel strong, have fun, and likely walk away with a few new friends.
