At Fitness In The Park, our philosophy is built on the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to move their body, build strength, and feel empowered through exercise—regardless of their starting point.

I’m currently reaching out to connect with local families, support coordinators, and organisations who work with children and adults living with a disability. My goal is to provide fun, supportive, and tailored fitness sessions that help improve mobility, confidence, and overall wellbeing. Sessions can be delivered one-on-one or in small groups, and are always adapted to meet the needs and goals of each individual.
