5. PTminder client management and booking system
Fitness in the Park uses PTminder, a service provided by Xplor, to assist with the management of clients and fitness services.
When you create a client account, make a booking or otherwise use PTminder in connection with Fitness in the Park, information may be provided to and processed through PTminder.
Depending on the services you use, this may include:
- contact and account details;
- bookings and attendance;
- classes and appointments;
- membership or package information;
- invoices, payments and transaction records;
- fitness assessments;
- fitness goals and progress;
- workout or exercise information;
- nutrition information where used;
- communications and notifications; and
- other information associated with your client profile.
Information processed through PTminder is also subject to the privacy, security and data-handling practices of PTminder and Xplor.
6. Payments
Payments for Fitness in the Park services may be processed through payment services integrated with our client management system or otherwise made available by us.
Payment providers may collect information required to process a transaction, including your:

- transaction amount; and
- other information necessary to authorise or process payment.
Payment card and banking information may be collected and processed directly by the applicable payment provider rather than being stored by Fitness in the Park.

The payment provider you use may have its own privacy policy and terms governing its handling of your information.
