Our Fit Tribe Challenge:
Challenge Length: Varies but usually 5+ weeks with 1 week break between challenges
When: 6am Monday – Friday
Session Length: 45 minutes
Where: Girl Guide Grounds within Victoria Park – entrance on Faithful Street right next to the dog park.

Every single session is different. We use a variety of training methods such as AMRAP, EMOM, Chippers, Team/Partner/Individual Challenges.
We use a variety of equipment such as slam balls, kettle bells, sand bags, battling ropes etc as well as bodyweight with an emphasise on Functional Training encompassing HIIT, Strength, Cardio and Mindset. We are outside whenever possible, but when the cold weather hits, we are in a hall with the heater on.
 
Our sessions are good for torching body fat, building muscle mass, improving your fitness level and elevating your mood as you push yourself to your own limits. 
 
All sessions are filled with fun and laughter, why not train with a great bunch of women, have a laugh along the way and end up with some new friends.

These new sessions have a big emphasis on high intensity interval training & strength training. Why? Because it is so important for women to train this way and especially important for those in their 40’s & 50’s who have hit peri menopause and menopause. HIIT & Strength training has been scientifically proven to help alleviate some menopausal symptoms such as weight gain, loss of muscle mass, night sweats, insomnia, hot flushes, anxiety etc.

I keep sessions short to suit busy people, making it easier to fit in an early morning session before the day even gets started and limit numbers so that everyone gets the attention they deserve.
