I am SUPER EXCITED TO INTRODUCE OUR NEW FIT & FIERCE SESSIONS (also 45 minutes) held on Monday at 5.15pm & Thursday at 9.30am which are also part of the Fit Tribe.

These new sessions have a big emphasis on high intensity interval training & strength training. Why? Because it is so important for women to train this way and especially important for those in their 40’s & 50’s who have hit peri menopause and menopause. HIIT & Strength training has been scientifically proven to help alleviate some menopausal symptoms such as weight gain, loss of muscle mass, night sweats, insomnia, hot flushes, anxiety etc. This way of training is also excellent at keeping bone density, balance & coordination.

 

Fit & Fierce is different at every session and entails fitness games, individual, partner & team challenges (to keep things fun) using circuits, timed challenges etc. We use Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Slam Balls, Battling Ropes, Tyres, Bodyweight & Boxing and more.

If you know that you need to get fit and healthy but don’t particularly like exercising, then this is a great session to try out. It is perfect no matter what level you are at, right through from beginner to advanced.

Babies, Toddlers & Older Children are welcome at Fit & Fierce sessions under the supervision of their Mum/Carer.

Fit & Fierce is held at the Girl Guide Grounds in Victoria Park and is accessible through a Fit Tribe membership.

Unlimited – $36 per week or $360 up front
2 Sessions per week – $26 per week or $260 up front

1 Session per week – $16 per week or $160 up front – All payments go through our PT Minder app.
