At Fitness In The Park we take a holistic approach to fitness. We believe being “FIT” involves being healthy physically, emotionally and mentally. I am passionate about the whole person and believe you amount to far more than a number on a scale. I believe in encouraging and motivating women in a fun and inspiring way and whenever we can it involves a good dose of Vitamin D from being outdoors and a laugh along the way.
At Fitness In The Park we offer sessions to women of all ages and fitness levels through our Fit Tribe.
Our focus is on helping you to be the strongest and fittest woman you can be.
