This is the “Bootcamp” that’s on a caffeine overload with fast paced 30 minute Circuit/Tabata/HIIT style sessions held at 6.45am on Tuesday and Thursday.
 
The scientifically proven way to get your body’s metabolism into overdrive to munch through calories and torch body fat faster. This style of training also has an amazing mood lifting capacity. I keep sessions short to suit busy people making it easier to fit in an early morning session before the day even gets started.
 
There will be a mix of equipment and bodyweight sessions across the 2 days each week.
 
In Power sessions we use equipment such as slam balls, kettle bells, sand bags, battling ropes etc. This is all about building powerful, lean muscle mass as well as gaining a great calorie after burn.
 
Our fast paced Burn Sessions use your own bodyweight and are awesome for torching body fat, building lean muscle mass and improving your fitness level as you push yourself to your own limits. This style of training has been scientifically proven to burn fat fast and to elevate your metabolism for 48 hours after you finish training. Although we cannot pick and choose where we lose fat from, this style of training has been proven to target the dangerous fat that lies around our middle.
 
All sessions are filled with fun and laughter, no training session has to be boring, why not do it with a great bunch of women, have a laugh along the way and end up with some new friends.
